Patient Forum
Hollies Patient Forum
The Hollies Patient Forum is a group of patients who meet on a quarterly basis to discuss practice matters. The aim of the HPF is to bring patients, clinicians and practice leadership together to help to give patients a say in the way services are delivered to best meet their needs, and the needs of the community.
* Please note, the Hollies Patient Forum was previously called the Patient Participation Group.
We would like to know how we can improve our service to you and how you perceive our surgery and staff. If you would like to join the HPF or the Virtual Group (see below) please contact us or use the online form.
