If you regularly provide unpaid care or support to a family member, partner, friend or neighbour, you may be a carer. If you feel this applies to you, please let us know so we can record this appropriately on your care records and offer the help that is available:
Caring can be rewarding, but it can also have an impact on your own health and wellbeing. Support is available to help you manage your caring responsibilities and look after yourself.
