Pharmacy Team
Clinical pharmacists work as part of the general practice team to improve value and outcomes from medicines and consult with and treat patients directly. This includes providing extra help to manage long-term conditions, advice for those on multiple medicines and better access to health checks.
Nurses
Our highly trained nurses deal with a range of conditions and health concerns. They examine patients, make a diagnosis and plan care. They are experts in many areas of disease management such as diabetes and asthma.

Healthcare Assistants
Our Healthcare Assistants can take blood samples, give vaccinations to adults, check wounds, remove stitches and carry out basic health checks.
Administration
Our administration team plays a vital role in keeping the practice running smoothly and supporting patients with their non-clinical needs. They manage appointments, registrations, prescriptions, referrals, medical records, correspondence and general enquiries, working closely with our clinical teams to ensure patients receive the right support.
Our administrative staff are here to help guide you through the services we provide and will always treat you with respect, professionalism and confidentiality. They may need to ask questions to ensure your request is directed to the most appropriate member of the team.
Care Navigation Team / Reception
Our reception team is often your first point of contact with the practice and is here to help you access the right service or member of our team. They manage appointments, enquiries, messages and signposting, and may ask questions about your needs so that we can direct you to the most appropriate person or service.
Our receptionists are an important part of your healthcare team and work hard to support patients in a friendly, professional and confidential manner. They do not make clinical decisions, but help ensure you receive the right care from the right member of the practice team.
Secretaries
Our medical secretary team supports the practice with the important administrative work involved in coordinating patient care. They manage referrals, hospital correspondence, clinical letters, investigations and communication with hospitals and other healthcare professionals, helping to ensure information is processed accurately and in a timely manner.
They work closely with our clinicians and wider practice team to help coordinate your care and ensure referrals and correspondence are followed up appropriately. They handle all patient information with professionalism, confidentiality and care.
Attached Staff
Staff attached to the Practice include District Nurses, Health Visitors, Midwives, Counsellors, CBT Therapists and Support Workers.
On certain occasions we will also have Locum GPs helping us to cover the practice.
All the mentioned staff work efficiently and professionally to provide our patients with the best possible care.
