Urgent advice: Changes to Sample Processes from 2nd SEPTEMBER 2025!
To improve accuracy, safety, and efficiency for patients and our team, we will be changing the way we ask for your samples to be returned.
There will be a Sample Deposit Box in our front conservatory area (before you reach Reception). A form will be provided with the sample pots, and your completed form should be placed in the clear sample bags provided, along with your sample and placed in the Sample Deposit Box for a clinician to process appropriately.
If correct and accurate information is not provided with the sample, it will be rejected and discarded. A new sample will then need to be completed.
These changes will start TUESDAY 2ND SEPTEMBER 2025. New signage and instructions will be available in the new Sample Deposit Area.
Kind regards, and thank you for your continued support,
The Hollies Team
Non-urgent advice: Current waiting times for non-urgent appointments may exceed 4-5 weeks
As the amount of workload increases throughout the country's care systems, we are dealing with an increased amount of routine / non-urgent appointment requests. As a result of this, waiting times for these appointments may exceed 4-5 weeks.
To help combat this, please make yourself aware of the most appropriate route for the care you need.
Please see the opposite video or the below website for more guidance.

Non-urgent advice: ‘Hero of Health’ Walk
We have ended our contract with Hero of Health. A massive thanks to their hard work in engaging patients in physical activitie.
They are still active but we are no longer referring patients for walks or health coaching.
We will look to plan new ways to support community physical activity in the Spring with our Social Prescribing Team.
If you have any feedback or issues do contact us.
