- We need a minimum of 8 weeks notice to complete a travel consultation and appropriate vaccinations
- If you are traveling sooner than 8 weeks please search for 'Sheffield Travel Clinics' to find alternative services in the city.
- We are only availble to provide the available NHS vaccinations
- Advice about the need for other vaccinations and the administration of these vaccines will have to be sourced elsewhere
- We cannot advise on COVID guidelines
- It is your responisibility to investigate travel safety (information and links provided)
- We are unable to give any Yellow Fever vaccinations as this should be done via other appropriate NHS Clinics
If our services are right for your needs please download and complete a Travel Risk Assesment Form below to return it to reception once completed. The document will then be reviewed against your medical records by a clinician and we will contact you to arrange an appropriate appointment. If your medical records need updating in regards to previous vaccinations, this may add on some time to the process.
