On Christams Eve, December 24th, and New Years Eve, 31st December, we have taken up Sheffield Integrated Care Board's (ICB), offer of manning our phone lines to help make sure as many of our staff are able to get the rest they deserve over the Festive Period.

Our Practice lines will CLOSE AT 02:30pm and the building will be locked. No Samples should be dropped off AFTER 12NOON. if you need medical help, you can still call our normal telephone number and the callwill be diverted to the ICB's out of ours support who will be able to help, traige and direct you to the right place for your care needs. They will also have some access to book some appointments into the out of hours HUBs we have around the city. 

In a genuine emergency you should call 999. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency. 

If you require medical treatment that is not life threatening while we are closed, please call 0114 2550094 or 111 (freephone). Your call will be triaged and passed to the most appropriate person to deal with your problem.

This is available at One Medicare at Rockingham House, Broad Lane. It is presently open from 08:00 to 22:00 7 days a week and you don’t need an appointment. They deal with healthcare advice and minor illnesses.

Situated at the Royal Hallamshire Hospital this service is available to anyone with a minor injury (cuts, falls etc.) which needs treatment.
